Food Markets in Spain

I had a lot of fun filming our cooking episode in Sevilla with Chef Ruth of A Taste of Spain.  For the tasting, we made our way out to her balcony which had a great view of the city.  We finished our meal off with some fresh fruit, white wine and a discussion of Spain´s food markets and their appeal to foreign travelers.  Here´s a small clip of that conversation.

I’m getting uber jealous of all your Spain videos! they’re like little pieces of memory for me. And I especially love this one because I got to see some great fresh markets in the cities I visited. It makes me realize I have yet to spend any time exploring the farmers markets here in NYC. keep up the great work!

It doesn’t matter how many markets I go to, I never get tired of them. Great post.

Thanks guys. I am a big fan of the local markets. Not sure if you saw it, but there was a rough cut of the seafood part of the market in Sevilla. Please keep watching, I can´t wait to get the cooking episode out! More food to come in the meantime. All the best.
