There are a ton of safari options in South Africa outside of the mothership, Kruger. So, on my last trip traveling to South Africa, I decided to give the Addo Elephant National Park a go. Located in the central south of the country, Addo’s claim to fame is shockingly, its elephants. But, we also saw lions, the ever elusive black rhino, ostriches, and many herds of zebra, among others. We were there during the early spring so the landscape was just starting to see its first shoots of green. While we were on our way back to basecamp, I caught this guy hanging out just off from the rest of his herd making him today’s Suh-weet shot.
